Hearing Aid Audiologist- Harlow

Working Tuesday to Saturday each week, you'll combine independent clinical decision-making with the backing of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova, giving you the scale, stability, investment, and cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional hearing care. You’ll work within a modern, well-equipped Boots Hearingcare clinic, designed to support high-quality clinical care and confident customer decision-making, including:

The role
As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:
- Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
- Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care
- Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships
- Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
- Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
- Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand
Progression & development
We’re investing in the next generation of clinical leaders. This role offers clear progression into:
- Senior Hearing Aid Audiologist roles
- Lead / Mentor positions, supporting newly qualified clinicians
- Multi-site or regional opportunities as our network continues to grow
You’ll also benefit from:

What we’re looking for
- BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
- HCPC registration
- 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
- Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
