The Clinic Environment
Your work will be based in a modern, well-equipped Boots Hearingcare clinic, thoughtfully designed to deliver high-quality clinical care and confident customer outcomes. Key features include:

Key Responsibilities
As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will:
- Take full ownership of your clinic’s performance, operations, and customer outcomes
- Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing healthcare
- Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, fostering long-term customer relationships
- Guide customers through their entire hearingcare journey, from assessment to ongoing support
- Confidently recommend solutions across our full product portfolio
- Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand

Requirements & Skills
Essential Criteria
- BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
- HCPC registration
- 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Proven clinical audit success and compliance with CPD requirements
- Commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Desirable Attributes
- Passion for innovation in audiology and patient advocacy
- Experience in staff leadership or clinical supervision
