Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) – Maidenhead Hearing Centre
We are one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare and are committed to delivering life-changing solutions for people with hearing loss. We are seeking a highly motivated HCPC qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist to join our team in our Maidenhead Hearing Centre.
Competitive Reward Package
- Basic salary: £40,000
- Uncapped commission (monthly), with opportunities for quarterly and annual bonuses

You will benefit from the support of a dedicated diary coordinator and our supportive management team. This role is a permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00AM–5:00PM), with flexibility permitted as required by business needs.

Key Responsibilities
As our Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and recommend premium hearing solutions that meet specified timeframes, in alignment with:
- HCPC Standards of Performance, Conduct and Ethics
- BSHAA Code of Practice and Guidelines
- Accurately complete audiograms and customer records on our CMS system, ensuring daily synchronisation
- Deliver professional consulting services according to company best practices
- Provide excellent post-sales support, promptly resolving service calls, issues, or queries with professionalism
- Uphold HCPC CPD guidelines by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- HCPC qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) or Pre-Registered HAD
- Active HCPC registration
- Membership of BSHAA (eligibility to join if not currently a member)
- Proficient IT skills, ensuring easy navigation of company systems and audiometry equipment
- Strong time and workload management abilities for a structured, organised approach
- Full/valid UK driving licence (compulsory)
