About the Role

You’ll take on a key position in our thriving, Manchester Market Street clinic, working Tuesday to Saturday, where loyal customers will back your efforts to deliver outstanding hearing care. What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of your clinic’s performance, customer outcomes, and business growth
  • Deliver customer-centric hearing healthcare, ensuring every consult is engaging and personalised
  • Ambassadorship role: Build loyalty and long-term relationships with existing and new customers
  • Guide patients through their entire Hearingcare journey
  • Confidently recommend solutions from Boots’ comprehensive product portfolio
  • Work a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends) to meet evolving customer demand

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • BSc in Audiology (or equivalent qualification)
  • HCPC registration
  • 2+ years’ post-qualification experience (strong clinical skills, audit records, and CPD essential)
  • Proof of excellent clinical performance (validated through professional audits)
  • Commercial mindset with natural customer care instincts
  • Exceptional organisational skills (management of time, appointments, and admin tasks)
