Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) – Liverpool Area
About the Role
We are one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, specialising in life-changing hearing solutions. We are seeking a trustworthy HCPC Qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist to work in the Liverpool area, providing both in-clinic appointments (2 days per week) at our local hearing centre and in-home visits (3 days per week) to support patients directly in their homes.
Permanent Base & Flexible Hours
- Fair pay structure: Basic salary of £40,000 with rewarding uncapped commission (monthly) plus quarterly and annual bonuses
- Generous car allowance starting at £5,328 p.a. (depending on performance/sales mobility quotas) or the option for a company car

This role follows a Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule (with some flexibility if required due to business demand).

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct hearing assessments and recommended personalised hearing solutions within HCPC-clinical guidelines and the BSHAA Code of Practice • Prospect, assess and sell hearing aids, devices or therapies (as appropriate) accurately and efficiently • Maintain up-to-date audiograms and complete patient records on the company CMS system • Engage in premium aftercare — promptly and efficiently resolving complaints, audiological issues or service visits • Drive innovation in hearing loss echnology solutions (accessories and future devices) • Commission-based role with a focus on patient care and consult sales
You will be provided with: • A designated diary coordinator • Consistent support from a dedicated management team (direct line of direct access)
Essential Requirements
• HCPC Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) or pre-registered HAD on track to qualify • A current driving licence to offer both in-clinic and mobile visits • BSHAA-active membership (must join BSHAA if not already, check with local fraternal Chapters) • Jaguar and Schoolcross Exam pass with skills in using company’s In house Test system and audiometry software (~90%+ pass rate in mock exams for new recruits). • Basic IT skills to effectively work with client system (Naukari/ In House Portal) • Consistent demand for hearing healthcare — observable drive, professionalism & sales aptitude
