You’ll work within a modern, well-equipped Boots Hearingcare clinic, designed to support high-quality clinical care and confident customer decision-making, including:
- Access to the latest hearing technology and product innovations
- Advanced diagnostic assessments
- Structured diaries allowing time for personalised consultations
- Strong operational and admin support

The role
As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:
- Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
- Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care
- Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships
- Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
- Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
- Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand

- Salary: Circa £43,000 DOE

What We’re Looking For
- BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
- HCPC registration
- 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
- Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
