You’ll transform the lives of patents, helping them rediscover the simple pleasures of everyday sounds—whether through adjustements during appointments, follow-up care, or expert audiological support. Our Store
Located in Warrington and sister locations, your role will focus on:
- Delivering hearing care and support during and after appointments.
- Provide both NHS and private patient care, ensuring a seamless experience.

What We Need From You
To thrive in this critical hearing care role, you must meet these key criteria:

Qualification & Compliance:
- HKCP-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) or equivalent qualification
- Current HCPC registration

Location Requirements:
- Primarily based around Manchester/Liverpool or surrounding areas

Key Skills & Attributes:
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment
- Blend of exceptional customer care and professional expertise
- Mobility: Must be able to drive as you’ll travel between sites
