Heart Failure Clinical Fellow
Heart Failure Clinical Fellow – Vacancy
The remit of the postholder is to work within a multi-disciplinary team, providing and further developing care for patients across the service. The successful candidate will also play an active role in the general workload of the Care Group, while demonstrating a significant commitment to teaching and training junior staff.
The appointee will contribute to the development and delivery of aspects of these services based on their interests and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute full-time to the clinical programme of the Heart Failure Unit.
- Provide input to the General Cardiology service alongside other Cardiology Specialty Registrars (SpRs).
- Collaborate within a team comprising:
- Seven consultant cardiologists
- Four heart failure specialist nurses
- Heart failure subspecialty registrar(s)
- Research registrars
