HVAC Technician
📍 Slaithwaite, Huddersfield
💼 Permanent
🕰 Weekly Rotating Shifts - Monday – Thursday: 06:00–13:36 / 13:30–22:00 & Friday: 06:00–13:36 / 13:30–17:00 - Participation in an on-call rota (1 week in every 4 weeks).

Are you an experienced HVAC Technician with a strong background in refrigeration, compressors, and mechanical maintenance? We are looking for a skilled engineer to join a busy manufacturing site, helping to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of HVAC systems and associated plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Maintain refrigeration, compressor, and air conditioning equipment.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimise downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- Complete maintenance documentation accurately in line with company and ISO standards.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, fire protection, and site procedures.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ Years of Hands on experience in Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Breakdown Repair of HVAC and other utilities.
- Must have experience working in the GMP Environment like Foods, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, etc.
- Mechanical or Multi-Skilled engineering experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to participate in a rotating shift and on-call schedule.
