Inverness, Scotland
We are now looking for additional Heating Engineers to join our team in Inverness and surrounding areas. Projects will be based across the North of Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, legislation and procedures.
- Installations, inspections and diagnosing problems/faults within commercial heating systems. This includes boilers, pipework, plant and equipment.
- Carry out tasks within agreed timeframes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults, providing effective solutions to minimise downtime.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients and team members.
Skills And Experiences
- SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Heating & Ventilation
- ECS / CSCS card
- Welding Experience Desirable But Not Essential.
- Commercial Gas Safe qualifications desirable, but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and pipework installation.
- Mechanical/heating background in construction/engineering
- Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings & specification
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A full driving licence is essential
