William Smith Heating Solutions Scotland Ltd are a local company currently looking for a qualified central heating installation engineer. Must have experience in installations of domestic boilers and heating systems. Required minimum gas qualifications: CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1.
Responsibilities:
- To efficiently install a wide product range of Worcester Bosch products.
- To ensure all relevant documentation is completed and returned as required.
- To communicate effectively at all levels and feedback any relevant information to improve customer service.
- To offer assurances to the customer, whomsoever they are, whilst educating them as to the appliance specifications and user instructions thereafter diplomatically conveying any concerns regarding the installation.
- To promote a lasting professional image of the company at all times by providing customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Basic understanding of heating designs.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Be computer literate.
- Able to work under own initiative and is flexible and adaptable.

Additional Information:
- Full time position within the company.
- Vehicle (full clean driving licence preferable) and uniform provided.
