Heating & Gas Engineer Wiltshire
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced qualified Heating & Gas Engineer to join a fantastic family-run team based in Melksham. Individuals would have experience in both gas and oil-fired appliances. The role includes helping with installations, servicing, dealing with breakdowns, and repairs.
Role Responsibilities
As a Heating & Gas Engineer, your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Installing domestic boilers, full heating systems, and unvented hot water cylinders.
- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing both gas and oil-fired heating systems across Wiltshire and surrounding areas.
- Diagnosing and resolving heating and hot water faults efficiently.
- Carrying out oil heating installations, servicing, and maintenance to OFTEC standards.
- Ensuring all work complies with Gas Safe, OFTEC, and building regulations, with a focus on safety and quality.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
- Working to a high professional standard.

Individual Requirements
- At least 6 years’ experience as a Heating & Gas Engineer (Gas & Oil).
- Current Gas Safe Registration (Domestic).
- Valid OFTEC Certification.
- Unvented Hot Water qualification.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
