About the Role

Co-op Wholesale is growing, and we’re looking for talented people who want to help shape what comes next. As a Helpdesk Co-ordinator in our Partner Support team, you’ll look after the daily running of our Helpdesk. We’ll look to you to manage our inboxes and delegate work effectively across the team, making sure we’re equipped with the training and support needed to deliver a ‘best in class’ service to our wholesale partners.

Why this role matters

  • Handle the more complex issues and queries raised by our wholesale partners
  • Support the training and development of team members to make sure we’re always working in the best way possible
  • Look after the first stage of product recalls, and that all activity to resolve these issues are recorded
  • Monitor team performance to make sure we’re always providing our partners with a high-quality service
  • Collaborate with our logistics partner, DHL, to investigate and monitor queries

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
