Location: Kings Hill / Hybrid Salary/package: £25,948.96 per annum Contract type: Permanent Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
This is an exciting opportunity to kick start or grow your career in IT support with Cantium Business Solutions. As part of our Service Request team, you will be hands on from day one, helping users, fixing issues and learning how real IT services work across a wide range of organisations.
This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is curious, motivated and enjoys problem solving. You will gain practical experience with Microsoft technologies, service desk tools and customer support, while building skills that will set you up for a long term career in IT.

What you’ll be doing
- Handling IT service requests and incidents and supporting users with day to day issues.
- Installing software and setting up access, licences and user accounts.
- Ordering and tracking IT equipment and keeping asset records up to date.
- Supporting Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory and Intune.
- Producing simple reports and keeping systems and records accurate.
- Working with the wider team to deliver a positive and reliable support experience.
What we’re looking for
- An interest in IT and technology, whether from study, training, hobbies or early work experience.
- Some basic awareness of IT support or computer systems, with a desire to learn more.
- A friendly and helpful approach when supporting users.
- Good communication skills and confidence to ask questions when unsure.
- The ability to stay organised and manage simple tasks day to day.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn as part of a team.
What you’ll get in return
