We are now seeking for a Team Manager to join us on a permanent basis at our Redditch site.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be leading a small team in our helpdesk, coaching and mentoring them to provide front line support to our client, from receiving, processing and scheduling reactive and planned maintenance work orders. The team will deliver results from a desk perspective. In conjunction with your KPIs you’ll provide accurate and concise reports of work order resolution status daily to senior management.
You’ll be working with a single client and managing various projects at any one time. Coming from a fast-paced high-pressured background, you’ll find it second nature to understand the complexities of the business whilst building rapport with your networks across all business areas.

What We're Looking For
You'll be a strong self motivated people manager with effective communication, problem solving and performance management skills. You’ll be confident, self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude. You’ll have exceptional communication skills using different styles to deliver clear messages at all levels. You’ll find it easy to adapt to change quickly and to the ever-changing priorities.
