The Opportunity

What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional client support and issue resolution through email, phone, and live chat.
- Continuously learn, maintain, and apply deep expertise in key functions of LEAP's products.
- Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while working efficiently.
- Proactively improve LEAP’s self-support centre by creating effective self-help materials (dedicated how-to articles, demo videos, etc.).
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction rates.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for candidates who bring energy, focus, and a client-first attitude. Specifically, we need:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, customer service, and writing skills.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is a plus.
- Ability to Collaborate well within a dynamic team and demonstrate empathy and intellectual curiosity.
- Adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively + meet deadlines.
- A legal, financial, or numerate background (formal qualification or career progression in this direction is advantageous).
