Henley Hawks Women are seeking an ambitious, energetic, and professional Forwards Coach to join our coaching team ahead of the upcoming season.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a progressive women’s rugby programme, working collaboratively across the women’s section and wider senior club environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in the scrum and lineout
- Lead the development of the Hawks forwards model for both set pieces
- Lead the defensive programme for the whole squad
- Work collaboratively within the women’s coaching set-up and across all senior teams
- Support player recruitment and retention
- Bring energy, professionalism, and ambition to the programme

Candidate Profile
- Experience within the women’s game is preferred
- Experience in a high-performance environment is desirable
- Minimum RFU Level 2 Coaching Qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for player and team development

Commitment Required
- Tuesday and Thursday evening training sessions
- Match days on Sundays
