Henley Hawks Women are seeking an ambitious, energetic, and professional Forwards Coach to join our coaching team ahead of the upcoming season.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a progressive women’s rugby programme, working collaboratively across the women’s section and wider senior club environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise in the scrum and lineout
  • Lead the development of the Hawks forwards model for both set pieces
  • Lead the defensive programme for the whole squad
  • Work collaboratively within the women’s coaching set-up and across all senior teams
  • Support player recruitment and retention
  • Bring energy, professionalism, and ambition to the programme

Candidate Profile

  • Experience within the women’s game is preferred
  • Experience in a high-performance environment is desirable
  • Minimum RFU Level 2 Coaching Qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for player and team development

Commitment Required

  • Tuesday and Thursday evening training sessions
