Hennessy Intern
Marketing Internship – MH UK & Hennessy
About the Role
Our Marketing Internships offer a unique opportunity to explore MH UK and its brands while developing a strong on-the-job marketing skillset. You’ll gain exposure to industry best practices across the business, working alongside PR, communications, sales, finance, logistics, and external agencies. Responsibilities will range from highly creative projects to administrative and logistical support—covering areas such as brand events, media campaigns, digital activations, and on/off-trade support.
Guided by Clifton Strengths tools and regular feedback, you’ll grow in a craft-driven community that values creativity, professionalism, and impact. Success in this internship will see you engage with the craft, heritage, and savoir-faire of our Maisons within the LVMH ecosystem, delivering commercial results from day one.
Important Note: All internships are full-time, and you must have the right to work in the UK.
Job Responsibilities
Brand Management Support
- Support the Hennessy Masterbrand team in executing brand projects.
- Assist with sales-driving activities both on and off-trade.
- Actively participate in brand events throughout the year (may include evenings and weekends).
- Help create copy and assets for internal and external use.

Administrative Support
- Financial: Track budgets, raise Purchase Orders (POs), and process invoices for timely payments.
- Manage Point-of-Sale (POS) material inventory and ordering.
- Independently coordinate stock orders, logistics, and event supply.
- Serve as the key contact for sales and customer queries, compiling market insights for presentations and sales.
- Ensure all brand assets, merchandise, and stock are accurately stored and accounted for.
PR & Communication
- Collaborate with PR to develop and implement a year-long brand cultural infiltration calendar.
- Participate in agency meetings to provide PR assets for stakeholders.
- Assist with press releases, communication materials, and project-related content.
Retail
- Manage the Hennessy activation calendar for Harrods Boutique.
- Work with retail teams to lead brand activations in department stores.
CRM & Digital
- Contribute to developing a yearly CRM calendar alongside brand and CRM managers.
- Create email briefs (copy and assets) for major brand campaigns.
- Support the Amazon team with brand store creative, yearly strategy, and marketing efforts.

Profile Requirements
Languages
- Fluent in English (essential).
Professional Experience & Technical Skills
- Preferred: Previous experience in Brand Management or Project Management.
- Required: Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Helpful but not essential: Knowledge of the UK Spirits industry, the Hennessy universe, and the UK music scene.
- Preferred: Skilled in Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite range.
