Position
Our Marketing Internships are a fantastic opportunity to discover MH UK and our brands. You will develop a strong ‘on the job’ marketing skillset and gain exposure to industry best practices across the business. You will be supported in your learning and in leading your own projects, working within the marketing team and alongside PR and communications, sales, finance and logistics as well as external agencies. This will span from highly creative tasks to ensuring a strong administrative and logistic support. Project work will cover areas such as brand events, media campaigns, digital activations, on and off trade support.
You will be immersed in the craft, heritage, and savoir-faire behind our Maisons and the LVMH ecosystem, while making a tangible commercial impact from day one. With regular feedback, development conversations, and tools like Clifton Strengths to help you discover your natural talents, you will be supported to grow and to feel a genuine sense of belonging to a community built on craftsmanship, creativity, and excellence.
Please note that all our internships are full-time roles and you must have the right to work in the UK.

Brand Management Support (Marketing)
- Support the Hennessy Masterbrand team in executing a range of Brand Projects.
- Support with all sales driving activities across the on and off trade.
- Active support and attendance at all brand events all year long (this can be evenings and weekends).
- Assist with creating copy and assets (internal and external).
Administrative Support
- Financial Support: Assist with budget tracking, raising POs and processing invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Manage point of sale material (POSM) inventory and orders.
- Independently manage stock orders and logistics for all brand events and activity.
- Be the key point of contact from sales and customers for brand insights, frequently tracking market information to provide readily information for business presentations and sales.
- Ensure all brand POSM, merchandise and stock is accounted for and stored.
PR and Communication
- Work with PR to develop and execute a yearly brand cultural infiltration calendar, supporting and attending all relevant events.
- Participate in agency meetings and lead the provision of PR assets for external stakeholders.
- Assist with press releases and all project related communication materials.

Retail
- Manage the Hennessy Masterbrand activation calendar for our Harrods Boutique.
- Work alongside the brand and retail teams to lead brand activations in department stores.
CRM & Digital
- Work alongside the Hennessy Brand Manager and CRM manager to develop a yearly CRM calendar.
- Lead on creation of email briefs (copy, assets) for key brand moments.
- Support Amazon team with brand store creative, copy and yearly strategy.
Profile
Languages
- Fluent English
Professional Experience & Know How
- Previous work experience/ internship roles in Brand Management or Project Management preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel Skills)
- Knowledge of UK Spirits industry preferred
- Personal interest in pop culture and Hennessy universe preferred
- Knowledge of UK music scene
- Proficient on Canva
- Proficient on Adobe suite preferred but not essential
