Heritage Parts Coordinator – Red Bull Racing & Technology
Red Bull Racing & Technology have an exciting opportunity to join our championship-winning team in the role of Heritage Parts Coordinator.
The successful applicant will provide parts and services to mechanics while ensuring the electronic integrity of all Heritage/TPC cars and their associated Pit Gear, supporting the demands of the Heritage Supply Chain.
About the Role
Reporting to the Stores Team Manager, this role involves:
- Managing the archive stores area
- Coordinating closely with Heritage staff to support part supply for builds and events
- Maintaining stock management via the company’s ERP systems, liaising with finance/tech regarding obsoletion and disposal of identified product

Key Responsibilities
- Support Heritage car builds during construction in the race bays, managing part movements for TPC builds, turnarounds, and museum rebuilds.
- Prioritise critical parts in collaboration with Heritage teams to meet tight deadlines for builds and shipping.
- Liaise with the Heritage EPM Coordinator to ensure correct physical and electronic standardisation across Heritage/TPC cars and specs.
- Complete and deliver TPC/Heritage build and spares picks to bays or cabinet storage.
- Implement Pit Gear standards to ensure proper kitting for showcars, maintaining accurate stocking and storage.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Proven experience in stores/stock management within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and experience with ERP systems (preferably Epicor and TLS/Lifing).
- Strong verbal/written communication skills for clear messaging across technical, operational, and heritage teams.
- Ability to work flexibly, meeting rigid deadlines in a demanding setting.
