Herno, an internationally recognised Italian brand renowned for its excellence and balance between tradition and innovation, is seeking a Client Advisor (40 hours full-time) to join our Store in 31 Old Bond St., London W1.
The successful candidate will become part of the sales team, helping to deliver and ensure a high-quality customer experience in line with the brand’s values and aesthetic.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting customers, ensuring a personalised service and an excellent shopping experience;
- Building and maintaining customer relationships through clienteling and storytelling;
- Presenting the collections, highlighting the products and their craftsmanship;
- Supporting visual merchandising activities in accordance with company guidelines;
- Managing till operations and sales procedures;
- Contributing to maintaining the store’s quality standards;
- Actively collaborating with the team and the Store Manager;

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Sales Assistant / Client Advisor in the fashion, luxury or premium sector;
- Strong customer focus and retail orientation;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- A passion for fashion and an eye for style;
- Excellent and fluent knowledge of English (knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus).
Annual gross salary: £ 28.000,00 – £ 30.000,00
