HFT Quant Researchers — Microstructure & Monetisation (London / NYC / India)

The Opportunity

An elite, deep-learning focused HFT are hiring Microstructure & Monetization HFT Quant Researchers across London, NYC and India.

What You’ll Do

  • Monetise core deep-learning alpha via efficient execution across futures & options across a range of asset classes, markets and exchanges
  • Build/refine execution logic: routing, order placement, slippage/latency sensitivity, and live optimisation
  • Translate predictive signals into scalable PnL by integrating research outputs into production-grade strategies
  • Microstructure + L3 analysis: order book dynamics, PnL attribution, drift diagnosis, and continuous improvements

  • 5+ years in HFT / Market-Making
  • Proven execution alpha / monetisation track record
  • Strong grasp of L3 data, microstructure, order books, short-horizon modelling
  • Strong coding: C++, comfortable working close to production systems
  • Ability to work in London, NYC or Bangalore
