HFT Quant - Microstructure and Monetization

HFT Quant Researchers — Microstructure & Monetisation (London / NYC / India)

The Opportunity

An elite, deep-learning focused HFT firm is hiring Microstructure & Monetisation Quant Researchers across London, NYC, and Bangalore.


What You’ll Do

  • Monetise core deep-learning alpha via efficient execution across futures & options
  • Cover a range of asset classes, markets, and exchanges
  • Build and refine execution logic, including:
    • Routing strategies
    • Order placement logic
    • Slippage/latency sensitivity analysis
    • Live optimisation and strategy tuning
  • Translate predictive signals into scalable P&L by integrating research outputs into production-grade strategies
  • Conduct microstructure and L3 analysis, including:
    • Order book dynamics
    • P&L attribution
    • Drift diagnosis
    • Continuous improvements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HFT / Market-Making
  • Proven track record in execution alpha and monetisation
  • Strong grasp of L3 data, microstructure, order books, and short-horizon modelling
  • Strong C++ proficiency, with comfort working with production systems
  • Must be based in London, NYC, or Bangalore
