Job Description

What Are We Looking For
We’re looking for people with a range of strengths and experiences, depending on the opportunity. Whether your strength is explaining complex financial information clearly or showing real empathy and support to customers during their most vulnerable times, there is a campaign for you. Across our roles, we value strong communication, adaptability, resilience, and the ability to build trust while delivering a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Customer service or contact centre experience, including complaint handling
- A positive attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels
- Strong attention to detail, basic maths skills, problem-solving ability, and resilience under pressure
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based platforms
- Depending on the campaign, the ability to explain complex financial information clearly or support customers with empathy during vulnerable times
