HGV 2 Waste Driver
HGV Class 2 (C) Waste Day Driver
We are seeking reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 (C) Waste Day drivers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a HGV Class 2 vehicle to collect waste either from domestic or commercial premises efficiently and safely.
This role offers an excellent temp to perm opportunity for individuals with a background in driving HGV Class 2 (C) vehicles. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a commitment to safety.

Duties
- Safely operate a HGV Class 2 (C) lorry in accordance with road safety regulations and company policies
- Collection of waste, ensuring timely and accurate collections
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure operational safety.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including adherence to driving hours regulations.

Qualifications
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving license with a clean driving record
- Expereinced Drivers Essential
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating organisational skills and reliability
Working Hours: Monday to Friday -- starts 0600 (6am) to 1400 (2pm)
