HGV & PCV Driver Trainer

Road to Logistics | Suffolk (Otley) | Starting September 2026

Road to Logistics is an award-winning training provider supporting people who face barriers to employment to access sustainable careers in the logistics and transport sector.

Since 2020 we have supported over 700 learners into training and employment through high-quality skills and employability programmes, working closely with employers across logistics, warehousing and transport.

We are now launching a new Driver Training Academy in partnership with Suffolk New College, based at their rural campus in Otley, Suffolk, and are seeking an experienced and qualified HGV / PCV Driver Trainer to lead delivery from the 2026 academic year.

This is a key role within the programme. The successful candidate will be the primary Road to Logistics representative on campus, responsible for delivering training and ensuring the academy operates to a high standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
