This is a permanent role offering full-time stability for HGV Class 1 drivers who will be responsible for RDC deliveries. This role is ideal for a HGV driver who takes pride in safe driving, excellent customer service and dependable delivery standards. You’ll be joining a supportive transport team where safe driving, reliable service and high professional standards are valued every day.
💰 Salary: £43,452 basic + shift premiums + bonuses

We know flexibility matters. That’s why we offer a 5 on 3 off shift pattern:
- Start windows currently available
- 15:00-18:00
- 21:00-00:00
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering palletised goods to regional distribution centres across England and Wales
- Collecting palletised stock from local/regional suppliers
- Trucking stock to and from other Culina group sites
- Driving for top-tier clients with limited handball
- Occasionally sleeping overnight in a vehicle (with generous allowances)
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Valid C+E Licence.
- Current valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
- Minimum 6 months’ HGV Class 1 driving experience preferred.
- Newly qualified drivers will be considered if you show the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DD or DR code convictions.
- Good understanding of Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive legislation.
- Ability to complete vehicle checks and report defects correctly.
- Commitment to on-site health and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.

Premiums:
- £1,000/year for working every Saturday or Sunday
- £2,000/year if you work both
- £10 per shift (starts between 12:00–19:59)
- £15 per shift (starts between 20:00–03:59)
- Compensation pay after 11 hours
