Logistics Driver (HGV Class 1) – Full-Time

About the Role
This full-time position involves the operation of HGV Class 1 vehicles, ensuring safe loading, punctual deliveries, and compliance with all DVSA regulations. You’ll perform essential tasks including pre-checks, accurate documentation, and maintaining smooth, professional customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and report any faults or issues promptly
- Prepare and maintain compliance documentation, including trip records and HGV logs
- Load/unload goods safely and efficiently, adhering to proper handling procedures
- Deliver goods on time while navigating routes effectively
- Maintain a clean, consistent driving record and adhere to all driving regulations
- Represent the company professionally, fostering positive customer relationships

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of HGV Class 1 driving experience
- Valid Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
- Clean UK driving record with no severe penalty points
- Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development
- Reliable transport and availability for irregular working hours
