Job Description
HGV Class 1 Driver
Based from Shaftesbury - working nationally
Permanent, Full Time (48 hours + overtime)

Ready to take your driving career further? YellowStone Environmental Solutions is expanding and we’re looking for experienced, safety driven Class 1 Drivers to join our nationwide team.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a YellowStone Driver, you’ll play a key role in our national operation, travelling across the UK to collect and deliver hazardous and non hazardous waste. Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating HGV Class 1 vehicles and vacuum tankers
- Supporting loaders when the vehicle is stationary
- Planning your own routes and managing time critical schedules
- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Staying compliant with safety regulations and legal driving hours
- Providing excellent customer service on every job
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
You’re not just a driver — you’re a professional who takes pride in doing things right. We’re looking for:
- At least 12 months’ experience driving HGV Class 1 vehicles
- A valid HGV (C) licence, CPC card, Digital Tachograph card
- ADR licence is desired but not essential
- Experience operating road tankers and vacuum tankers
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Confidence working in all weather conditions and in a physically demanding role
- A commitment to safety, compliance, and teamwork
