Role Description
The HGV Class 2 Concrete Mixer Driver is a full-time role based in Curdworth. The driver is responsible for safely operating a concrete mixer truck, loading ready-mixed concrete at the plant, and delivering it to construction sites across the region.

Daily Tasks:
- Conducting pre- and post-journey vehicle checks
- Following planned routes
- Ensuring timely, accurate deliveries while complying with all road traffic and site safety regulations
- Controlling the discharge of concrete
- Assisting site teams with positioning the chute
- Maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
- Completing delivery documentation
- Communicating with dispatch and customers
- Supporting a professional, customer-focused service

Qualifications/Skills
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) license
- CPC qualification
- Clean or acceptable driving record
- Good knowledge of UK road regulations, health and safety practices, and safe manual handling techniques
- Ability to follow instructions, and communicate clearly with dispatchers, site managers, and colleagues
- Previous experience in concrete delivery, construction, or related transport roles is advantageous
