- Driver Efficiency Bonus (site-dependent)

The Role: HGV Class 2 Driver
We’re looking for a reliable, professional, and efficient HGV operator to join our team in Harlow. You’ll be responsible for multi-drop deliveries across the regional area, ensuring packages are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
This is a hands-on role involving:
- Vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Loading and securing cargo
- Collaborating with the warehouse team
- Rentering exceptionally high customer service standards

Hours & Schedule:
- Full time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday (daytime only)
- No overnight or weekend working required
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-drop deliveries (typically 5–20 stops/day) within your allocated region
- Safe operation of HGV Class 2 (Category C) vehicles
- Daily vehicle inspections and defect reporting
- Correct loading and securing of goods
- Adherence to all Health & Safety procedures
- Maintaining excellent customer service
Requirements & Experience
- Full valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Current Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Experience in multi-drop or regional logistics deliveries (preferred)
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
