HGV Class 2 Driver
HGV Class 2 Driver – Water and Drainage Management Team
Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
About the Role FM Conway is seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to join our Water and Drainage Management team. In this critical role, you’ll play a vital part in protecting communities and maintaining essential infrastructure. As part of a two-person crew, you’ll lead drainage operations including:
- Drain cleaning and clearance
- High-pressure water jetting (HPWJ)
- Repair and maintenance of drainage systems
Your work ensures safe water flow, prevents flooding, minimises disruption, and supports environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a wide range of drainage services, including:
- High-pressure water jetting to inspect, clean, and maintain drainage networks
- Urgent callouts for blockages, overflows, and other drainage emergencies
- Support planned and reactive maintenance by clearing, cleaning, and repairing systems
- Accurately record and report all work (identifying follow-up needs where required)
- Use our app-based reporting system to update progress, upload evidence, and communicate with teams

Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 licence
- Active Driver CPC
- Ability to work in a team with a commitment to health and safety
- (Preferred) Previous drainage industry experience (not mandatory)
