Refuse & Recycling Driver/Loader – Permanent Position (Oxford)
We are looking for a dedicated Refuse & Recycling Driver/Loader to join our team in Oxford on a permanent basis, working a 4-day schedule (Tuesday to Friday) with a 37-hour workweek.
About the Role
You will operate as a Class 2 HGV Driver, collecting waste and recycling from both residents and businesses, helping the city of Oxford stay clean and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive efficiently and safely along assigned collection routes
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and courtesy
- Load/unload waste and recycling materials as required
- Maintain awareness of health and safety protocols
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) DGV licence
- Valid PCV driver (CPC) card
- Valid digital tachograph card
- Prior experience in refuse or recycling collection is advantageous
