HGV Driver (Class 2) – Day Shifts (Permanent, Guaranteed Hours)

Salary & Benefits
For your dedication, we offer a competitive package including:
- Hourly rates:
- Monday to Friday: £18.77/hr
- Saturday: £21.19/hr
- Sunday: £24.83/hr
- Unsocial shift top-ups:
- Monday to Saturday (00:00-06:00): £1.21 extra
- Sunday to Monday (00:00-06:00): £2.42 extra
- Ongoing Driver CPC training

You’ll support a team delivering fresh dairy products to homes and businesses across Great Britain.
Responsibilities
As an HGV Class 2 driver with XPO, your typical routines will include:
- Daily targets: Competently completing 8-12 drops each day within London and the Southeast.
- Structured schedule: Operating a set 7am–6pm shift (5x phase pattern) with predictable timing.
- Delivering perishables: High-quality Hygienic Driveline Untipped into taillift delivery vehicles or loading bays.
- Compliance and safety: Maintaining ** Clean Driver Status**, CPC, and digital tacho regulations.

Requirements
To join the team, you must meet the following:
- LMV consideration (though preference is given to HGV holders) but currently Class 2+E must have no more than 6 points on license.
- Valid CPC certification and digital tacho card in place.
- No disqualifying points (DD or DR offences) on license.
