HGV Class 2 Driver - Nightshift-RORO 4 on 4 off

Description

Enva Recycling Scotland is hiring a Class 2 Driver to join the Linwood depot on a permanent basis.
4-on 4-off, 5pm to 5am with eligibility for overtime

In this role, you will safely and competently operate assigned vehicles on allocated routes in a timely, professional and customer focused manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects ensuring that your vehicle is roadworthy and presentable to Company standards
  • Collect all waste from allocated customers
  • Comply with all legislation including driver’s hours and highway regulations
  • Hold a duty of care to self & others
  • Ensure vehicle security including equipment & plant
  • Maintain mandatory driver/vehicle records
  • Provide customers with the highest level of service

  • Hold full Class 2 driving licence
  • Hold valid DCPC
  • Hold valid Digital Tachograph
  • Display professional and organised approach

  • Able to competently and safely operate assigned vehicles
  • Have a willingness to perform a wide range of duties, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism
