Full-Time Tipper Driver – Fareham, £14.00/hr to £39,000+ Gross per Year
About the Role
Join a leading haulage provider in Fareham as a Full-Time Tipper Driver.
This role offers:
- A competitive starting pay of £14.00/hour
- Potential annual gross earnings over £39,000
- 50 guaranteed hours per week, working 10-hour shifts Monday to Friday
- Flexible overtime opportunities (weekend shifts available for extra earnings)
Pay & Incentives
- Standard rate: £14.00/hr
- Overtime: £21/hr
- Weekend double time: £28/hr
- Annual Attendance Bonus: £1,040
Key Responsibilities
- Operate 8-wheel Tipper vehicles for transporting:
- Aggregates
- Waste
- Recyclable materials
- Work across construction sites, quarries, and recycling facilities
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives by hauling materials efficiently
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain high operational standards

Requirements & Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Category C (Class 2) driving licence
- Must hold a valid Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
- Must possess a valid Digi Tacho card
- Industry experience preferred (1+ years recommended)
- Tipper or muckaway experience is highly advantageous
