About the Role

As we invest in our future and strengthen operational capabilities, we’re looking for a HGV Class C Driver—an individual who thrives in the pace and pressure of an accident repair environment, with a strong sense of organisation, accuracy, and teamwork.
This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in excellence and supporting colleagues to keep our customers moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
As an HGV Class C Driver, you will:
- Collect and deliver vehicles before and after repairs, ensuring timely delivery to meet customer deadlines.
- Work closely with the team under the guidance of your Transport Controller.
- Handle customer interactions from collection to delivery, ensuring exceptional service.
- Complete paperwork including:
- Recording any damage (accident-related or pre-existing) on vehicles.
- Taking digital photographs of damage and obtaining customer signatures.
- Report defects (identified during loading/unloading or during handover) to the Production Manager.
- Reference and file all completed jobs per company procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
We’re looking for a customer-focused professional with experience in similar roles. You should have:
- Validation of your HGV Class 2 licence and recovery experience.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Previous experience in vehicle collection, transport, or accident repair operations.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy and organisation.
