Removal Lorry Driver Vacancy
We are seeking a reliable Removal Lorry Driver to safely transport customers’ goods across the UK, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving various-sized vehicles (Luton van to 18-tonne lorry) for domestic removals.
- Conducting comprehensive vehicle safety inspections before and after each trip.
- Loading, unloading, and securely fastening loads of varying sizes.
- Moderating communication with the office and customers regarding schedules and delays.
- Delivering a consistently high level of customer service during pickups and drop-offs.

Essential Requirements
- A valid commercial driving licence (C), with no serious traffic violations.
- Experience in removals, logistics, or similar driving roles is highly desired.
- A deep understanding of road safety and adherence to clearance regulations.
- Exceptional time management and communication skills.
- Physical capability to lift heavy items when necessary.

Role Details

Contracts:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Minimum 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, day shifts
- Weekend working may be required
