HGV Driver
HGV Class 2 Driver – Wyre
Location: Wyre Pay: £14.71 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week

The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake any required training/instruction to carry out duties.
- Load, transport, and unload waste materials in line with Contract Specification.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of vehicles and equipment to a high standard.
- Represent the Company in a responsible and professional manner.
- Ensure crew members work safely and responsibly, observing relevant legislation.
- Follow company health and safety policy.
- Identify and follow procedures for health & safety risks.
- Report all accidents and near-miss incidents immediately.
- Wear all issued personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements
Essential:
- Hold a valid HGV Class 2 licence applicable to the vehicle.
- Up-to-date CPC card and Driver CPC certificate.
- Trained in the use of Vehicle & equipment.
- Medically fit for physical work.
- Demonstrated as a safe and responsible driver.
- Literate.
- Understanding of Customer Service fundamentals.
