As an HGV Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their materials on time and in great condition. No long-haul journeys, no late nights—just local deliveries and a strong team backing you up every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering materials to local customers, ensuring they receive exactly what they need, on time
- Building strong relationships on the road, acting as an Huws Gray ambassador
- Staying updated with Health & Safety practices—including tachographs, training, and delivery administration
- Assisting the team in the yard & warehouse when not on delivery routes
- Taking pride in maintaining a high standard of your vehicle, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations

What You’ll Bring
- A Class 2 Licence is the minimum requirement; we’ll provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed
- A truly positive attitude and a readiness to get hands-on
- While a HIAB licence is a plus, it’s not mandatory—we’ll cover training for it if required

Note: We’ll fund HIAB certification training if you don’t already hold it. Following training, a training agreement applies, meaning you’d be required to repay the costs if you leave within a specified timeframe after completion.
