Location: Berkshire, Windsor SL4 4LR
Salary: £39,622.74 per annum + excellent benefits
Full Time: 45 hours per week
Working hours: Monday - Friday 7.00am - 5.00pm (plus overtime available on a weekend rota)

As a HGV Refuse & Recycling Driver/Loader in our team, you'll provide a complete waste and recycling service on behalf of the residents and community in Windsor and Maidenhead. With a professional, dedicated and friendly team of Refuse Collection staff, we ensure that streets, homes and businesses are kept clean, safe and tidy, whilst providing the very best levels of customer service to all members of the community that we serve.
You’ll be entrusted to:
- Set off on a pre-planned route as the driver with your team of Loaders collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties.
- Be the public face of Serco’s Environmental Services team in the community.
- Ensure that your vehicle safety checks are completed and that your truck is clean and work ready before setting out on your rounds.

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you:
- Hold a valid Class 1 or 2 driving licence & Driver CPC
- Are hard working
- Are physically fit and healthy due to the nature of the business
- Hold plenty of enthusiasm and a big smile
- Are willing to go the extra mile whilst on your rounds to enable your team to hit their targets.
