Drive safely. Deliver for customers. Be part of a team that pulls together.

We’re looking for an HGV Driver to join the team at our Kettering branch. This is a hands-on role in a busy builders’ merchant, where no two days are the same and everyone chips in to get the job done.

You’ll be out on the road delivering building materials to our customers, representing the branch with professionalism and care. Back at base, you’ll support the yard when needed - loading your own vehicle, helping the team, and keeping things moving. It’s a small team with a flexible approach, so being willing to muck in makes all the difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Multi-drop deliveries of building materials
  • Loading and unloading safely, both at the branch and on-site
  • Providing a high level of customer service on every delivery
  • Supporting the yard team when required
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks and working to H&S standards

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
