We are recruiting Class 1 (C+E) Driver Roles – Day Shift Drivers in Kilmarnock and across Ayrshire, with a mix of trunking, store deliveries, and multi-drop work. These roles are ideal for drivers looking for consistent daytime hours and local routes.
We are hiring Class 1 (C+E) Night Shift Drivers in Kilmarnock, specialising in trunking and long-distance depot-to-depot work. These roles suit drivers looking for higher earning potential and minimal manual handling.
Our Class 2 (Category C) roles focus on multi-drop pallet deliveries across Ayrshire and Central Scotland, offering steady local work with structured routes.
Our Kilmarnock depot, located at 11 Simonsburn Road (KA1 5LA), is the headquarters of PPS Logistics and a key member within the Palletways network – the UK’s largest palletised freight distribution system.

From this site, we manage both trunking and multi-drop operations, supporting deliveries across Ayrshire, central Scotland, and beyond. The depot handles a high volume of palletised freight, giving drivers access to consistent, ongoing work throughout the year.
We operate a well-maintained fleet of vehicles, constantly refreshed to ensure a modern and comfortable driver environment.
Our Kilmarnock depot provides secure yard space, and on-site facilities to support drivers throughout their shift.
As part of the UK’s largest pallet network, we offer structured routes across the Scotish central belt.
From our Kilmarnock depot, we primarily cover Ayrshire, Paisley and Glasgow.
Local Ayrshire
Kilmarnock, Kilmaurs, Irvine, Ayr, Troon, Prestwick, Stewarton, Galston, Cumnock, Mauchline, Girvan.
Central And Southern Scotland
Paisley, Glasgow, Hillington, Johnston, South Lanarkshire, Dumfries & Galloway, Scottish Borders, and surrounding regional routes.
