About The Role
We are expanding our Warrington team and looking for reliable, hands-on HGV Driver/Installers to join our busy depot. This role is perfect for candidates who want more than standard driving—a combination of skilled installations, technical work, and specialist logistics across the UK.
You’ll be part of a respected white glove final-mile delivery and installation service, working with high-value equipment for major industries including medical, printing, banking, security, sports, and more.

You will receive full, structured training from our in-house training team and external training partners, including safe lifting, mechanical handling, and specialist installation techniques.
Key Duties
- Delivering and installing specialist equipment such as ATMs, parcel lockers, medical equipment, data racks, gym equipment, and other built-on-site systems
- Working as part of 2-man teams (or occasionally larger crews of up to 8 people) for heavy or complex installations, including equipment up to 28 tonnes
- Handling and maneuvering equipment safely using both mechanical and non-mechanical lifting tools
- Completing white-glove installations to a high standard at customer sites
- Working indoors or outdoors in all weather conditions (PPE provided)
- Representing the company professionally and delivering excellent customer service
- Learning from different crews during your first months before joining a permanent team
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts
- Standard start around 5:30–6am
- Usual finish between 3:00–3:50pm
- Some early starts, late finishes, evenings, or weekend work may be required depending on customer needs

About You
- Flexibility with start times (typically from 6am) and willingness to work overtime
- Ability to stay away overnight if necessary
- Strong practical skills—able to think on your feet and follow installation instructions
- Physically fit with good manual handling ability (lifting/carrying equipment, including stairs)
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong team ethic
Essential:
- HGV licence
- Full UK driving licence
- Driver CPC
- Digital tachograph card
- Confidence with manual handling
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Desirable:
- Installation or technical background
- Experience delivering into complex sites
- CSCS card
