Would you like to join us as a Class C + E Driver? In this role, you will deliver products safely and on time. You will drive company vehicles and handle goods with care. You will help keep our operations running smoothly each day. This is a practical role where safety and reliability are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Class C + E vehicles safely and legally.
- Collect stock from suppliers and return it to the depot.
- Check you have the correct trailer.
- Make sure loads are secure before travel.
- Carry out basic vehicle checks before and after each trip.
- Complete delivery paperwork clearly and accurately.
- Follow all driving, safety, and site rules.
- Help unload goods at depots when needed.
- Report any vehicle faults or issues quickly.
About You
We believe success comes from collaboration and diverse perspectives. At Samworth Brothers, we value team players who are driven to achieve great results together. You’ll bring the following skills and experience:
- Valid Class C + E driving licence (clean).
- Current Driver CPC and Digi Tacho Card.
- At least one year of experience in Class C + E driving.
- Good knowledge of road safety rules.
- Reliable, professional, and team-focussed approach.
