Enva is a leading provider of recycling and resource recovery solutions, helping businesses and communities across the UK manage their waste responsibly. Our Recycling England division is looking for an experienced and safety-conscious LGV Driver to join our Transport team in Leicester.
As a Skip & Roll-On-Off Driver at Enva, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient collection and delivery of waste containers from our customers. You’ll carry out daily vehicle checks, operate your vehicle in line with all road transport legislation, and ensure accurate completion of driver and vehicle records.
This is a hands-on role that involves working independently, managing your own schedule, and maintaining high safety and customer service standards. You’ll take pride in keeping your vehicle clean and in excellent working order, and in representing Enva professionally at all times.

- Carry out daily vehicle and plant checks, ensuring safe operation.
- Operate vehicles efficiently and in line with road transport legislation, including drivers’ hours and highway regulations.
- Ensure the security of the vehicle, equipment, and any plant being transported.
- Complete and maintain all mandatory driver and vehicle records accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the cab and vehicle.
- Take responsibility for personal safety and the safety of others.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
- Class 2 LGV driving licence.
- Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Professional and safety-focused approach.
Desirable:
- Previous experience with skip or roll-on-off vehicles.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
