- Location: Ash Vale, GU12 5QF
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm

About the Role
Join Rushmoor’s team as an HGV Refuse and Recycling Driver, playing a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and sustainability across your neighbourhood.
You’ll drive a full waste and recycling collection route, deliver exceptional service to residents and businesses, and work as part of a professional, friendly team.
Your Responsibilities
- Complete a pre-planned route with loaders, collecting waste and recycling from homes and businesses.
- Be the public face of Serco in the community, ensuring positive engagement with residents.
- Carry out required vehicle safety checks before each route to ensure equipment is ready.
- Contribute to Loader Driver Teamwork—work alongside loaders to efficiently complete tasks.

Person Specification
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Hold a valid CPC (Class 1 or 2) driving licence.
- Are physically fit and healthy (arising from job demands).
- Are a dedicated, friendly, and professional team player.
