HGV Refuse & Recycling Driver/Loader
Location: Sudbury, CO10 2XH Salary: £34,608 per annum + excellent benefits Contract: Full Time (40 hours per week) Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (occasional Saturday work & Bank Holidays)

About the Role
As part of our Suffolk team, you’ll provide a complete waste and recycling service for the residents and community of Sudbury. Working alongside a professional, dedicated, and friendly team, you’ll help keep streets, homes, and businesses clean, safe, and tidy while delivering the very best customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete pre-planned collection routes alongside a team of Loaders, ensuring waste and recycling are safely and efficiently gathered from homes and businesses.
- Act as the public face of Serco’s Environmental Services team, representing our commitment to community service.
- Conduct vehicle safety checks and ensure your truck is clean and operationally ready before each shift.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you must:
- Hold a valid Class C driving licence (C1 or Driver CPC accepted).
