HGV Driver / Loader
"HGV Refuse & Recycling Driver/Loader" Opportunity Location: Stowmarket, IP14 5AP Salary: £34,608 per annum (+ excellent benefits)
About the Role
In this key role within our Suffolk team, you’ll deliver a complete waste and recycling service on behalf of Stowmarket’s residents and community. As part of our professional, dedicated, and friendly Refuse Collection team, your tasks will include:
- Keeping streets, homes, and businesses clean, safe, and tidy
- Providing exceptional customer service to the community
Your Responsibilities
- Drive pre-planned refuse routes with Loader team members, collecting waste & recycling from homes and businesses
- Act as the public face of Serco’s Environmental Services
- Conduct vehicle safety checks and ensure the truck is clean and operational before each route begins
Key Requirements
- Valid driving licence (or equivalency; we accept C1 & Driver CPC) -λλογಳು évoALD+UUví бу·ן(eıllӧה وبعدƁ to accept asddhardworking & physically fit (refuse work is laborious)
- Big personality: Enthusiasm, a smile, and a go-the-extra-mile attitude
