No experience across all vehicle types? No problem, we provide fully funded, in-house training to help you build skills and progress your career.
About The Role
We have full-time HGV Driver roles available with two different shift times to choose from:
- Location: Mitcham, CR4 3BQ
- Salary: £39,124.80 per annum + £500 retention bonus (paid after successful 6-month probation)
- Shifts: 4:00 – 14:00 or 6:00 – 16:00, Tuesday - Saturday
- Hours: 45 hours per week
- Overtime: Available including weekends
- Bank Holidays: 4 of 8 worked at double time + day in lieu

As part of a team focused on sustainability and waste management, you’ll play a key role in helping local businesses manage waste responsibly and reduce environmental impact.
What will I be doing?
- Driving and operating HGV vehicles safely and efficiently
- Collecting commercial and industrial waste across local routes
- Loading bins and supporting operational tasks where required
- Delivering excellent customer service on every route
- Following all health and safety regulations and procedures
What are the requirements?
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence and CPC card (essential requirement)
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new vehicle types
- Ability to work independently, including lone working and loading duties
- Commitment to safety, reliability and professional driving standards
